Yes, you read the title right .
Customer paid in cash but the server was too in the weeds to log it in so he placed it right next to the cash register (which only the supervisor, manager and hostess has access to) .
We have cameras almost everywhere in the restaurant and this was told to her when her shift started. Long story short , she was caught taking some bills from the check presenter , balling it up in her hand and heading to the washroom (presumably to hide it).
She won't be back.
